Our Trust Deed sets out the legal basis for all our governance and activities.

We receive generous funding from KCDC under an agreement which is reviewed {annually}.

Every October at our AGM we present a report to the residents of the Ōtaki area on our activities, finances and other matters of interest. 

At the AGM we present the annual report for the preceding year and elect Board members for the coming year.
